Your Master, or Practitioner, will usually give the treatment on a couch. You will remain fully clothed, removing only shoes and your Master gently places their hands in a sequence of positions over the body. The Reiki energy is channelled through your healing Angel, ensuring purity of healing, into the body. The recipient may experience a number of sensations, varying from a feeling of deep inner peace, heat or tingling, or seeing colours or images. Each individual will have a different experience, none of which are right or wrong. No two treatments will be the same, but Reiki and the Angels will provide what the client needs and it works on mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels. Most recipients experience a feeling of deep relaxation and well-being as stress and anxieties are released from the body.
Treatments can be given very successfully in the seated position.
Distance Healing is another way of receiving Reiki. It can be sent to you in hospital or even across the world to you in another country.
Healing for animals and Plants
Reiki is able to
work on all living things. Your pets, e.g. cats, dogs rabbits and horses will
love you for it.
You can channel Reiki into any diseased plants in the house or garden and see
them recover.
